Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: A mix of freshers and work experienced candidates were shortlisted. The criteria for the same was not disclosed.
Tips: Make your Resume as interesting as possible by portraying versatility instead of a particular specialisation

Round: HR Interview
Experience: A very general interview as the HR was clueless about our background. He was not even aware that it is a campus placement as the interviews were held in the office. All the questions are pretty simple to answer if you are not pretending. He explained the concept of KidZania along with highlights of the profile to know if i was keen on such a role.
Tips: Confident and precise answers were appreciated.

Round: Other Interview
Experience: This round was with the Marketing director of the KidZania. A very excited and hyper young lady who was pretty easy to talk to. She started with a detailed introduction of hers to make a comfortable conversation ground. Post which i reciprocated with the same with my background and subsequent work experience. The discussion around my work profile kept going deeper to the point where we discussed all the steps involved write from exploring a brand opportunity to final brand being on board and servicing. The talks were so animated that together we made a whole marketing strategy for a battery brand integration. Smoothly the conversation moved to discussion on joining and training schedules along with a little gossip about college here and there.
Tips: Be yourself and strike a comfortable dialog with the interviewer so that it becomes a conversation rather than a question answer session.
