Round: Test
Experience: There are two sections ....1) verbal 2)analytical and reasoning. paper was little bit tough. i didn't remember the type of questions.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The HR was very cool and friendly. He asked me general questions like "tell me about ur self","have u done any teamwork" etc and then he asked me about my favourite subject.Then he asked me to explain the subject considering him as an 8th class student. Then he asked me about my family background. And the interview was about 30mins.

General Tips: You must be very cool while facing interview and u should ur confidence and interest towards the company.

Round: knowledge assessment
Experience: The first round was an online assessment of your knowledge in any of the three languages (C , C++, Java ).
Tips: Although they specify the syllabus but don't just rely on that.

Round: Interview
Experience: Second round was a HR + Technical interview.
The HR was combined with Technical interview in which they asked about the basic HR questions. The technical interview included a few basic questions on C or C++ programming and a few questions relating to the technicalities of the projects we did in our internships and Hobbies club..
Tips: Be well prepared for HR questions. Listen to the PPT carefully .

Round: IQ test
Experience: The third round was a simple IQ test. Be well versed with the language of your choice.

General Tips: The online test can be tackled if you study the first year alloted assigned book for the language you prefer. Having chosen C++ I was asked many questions related to templates and data structures.

Round: Test
Experience: PART ONE: Verbal Ability, uses of articles (a, an, the) and a RC. 
PART TWO: logical reasoning, standard IQ type Questions, was simple. 
PART THREE: An essay, one out of two, one choice was nuclear deal and the other was education system in India.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Some regular puzzles were given, which were easy. A discussion on internship work.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: They are looking for people with good aptitude, very good communication skills and strong desire to learn. Also, someone with good academic record and clear career goals.
Tips: Do not panic in the interview.

General Tips: For GD, improve the content by reading and/or discussing among wing mates. Don't be aggressive but be assertive and ENERGETIC.

Round: Interview
Experience: Its not an elimination round, you can go with your informal clothes on. Any one who has prepared for day 1 and day2 companies will get through this round. Just read news papers and learn to shoot graphs here and there even if it has got absolutely no facts and definitely practice to write a lot.
Tips: Be prepared with both for and against the topic coz the interviewer keeps changing the topic in between the GD.The topic was same as that of the case study Don’t write bullet-ed points, this makes your cases look small. Try applying your vocabulary spectrum. Try to give exhibits even if you don’t know any facts.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: 12 students on the table, one interviewer.
Tips: Play old school .But don’t wait for your chance, just break into it, but with a gentlemanly attitude. Try giving examples. Throw arbitrary facts to prove your points, if you don’t remember the real figures.

Round: Interview
Tips: Don’t start with your brilliancein your core subject. Tell them you hate your department. Convince them that you won’t ditch them for a Ph.D or an MBA. Tell them you have a friend at Wipro who keeps giving you intel about how great the company is. Look confident and if at times you can be funny, they will appreciate it!!

Skill Tips: 8 and above CGPA is required. Later it was lowered to 7.9, mine was 7.98. They mainly ask HR questions, so being involved in Extra-academic activities gives you more that you can talk of. I had an eye for coding in C++. Helped me on this, but my extra-academics list was enough. Coding was just a bonus. If they are non core its better. But my both the internships were core based. You just have to convince them why you are dropping from core.

Experience:  Written test was CAT based primarily with no negative marking.
Tips: Almost everyone felt the time crunch., but the key is to maintain focus and yes no negative marking so informed guesses are a must.Prepare well for the test especially Quant+ RCs+DI.
Duration: 60 minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: GD was case study based. We were divided into groups of 8 and then we were allotted around 20 minutes to discuss the problem among ourselves and then finally come up with a solution which was to be demonstrated on a flip-chart and then was to be presented in about 8-10 min
Tips: Prepare for case studies from HBS Case Study and Wetfeet Case Study guides.
Duration: 30 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Only one round of interview was conduced. It was mostly HR based and the resume was discussed along with some common questions like the biggest failure and sucess in life, etc.Only one technical question was asked & the interviewers were very supportive and encouraging.
Tips: The key is to be yourself and take your time to properly frame the answers and then reply withconfidence.

Experience: Duration: 50 mins.

General Tips:  Have a good number of projects and know each and every aspect of the projects mentioned
 Have the ability to relate course content to the project development
Skill Tips: They were looking for Product Designers.

Experience: 1)verbal 25 questions

3)logical 25 questions
time will be sufficient if v do fast.. and 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer after my written test i was so confident that i will not crack and i left the hall wen results were announced..by gods grace i got my name on list..
from 800 people 160 got selected..
Tips: don't worry the paper is so easy..
Duration: 90 minutes
Total Questions: 75

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: it was group discussion round 12 people in each group..it was some what easy if your good at communication skills..from each group 5-6 people were selected and from my group 8 members were selected as every was spoke well..the GD was of 25 minutes..and later even debate (just to test the leadership skills) not for all the groups depends on panel...
then v waited for our result..i was well confident that i will b in..then again they read my name on list..

Round: HR Interview
Experience: then it was hr&technical round..i was into the panel where it completely HR..as i'm so talkative he loved the way i spoke..and he was impressed by my resume and certificates..And after 15 min hr asked me to take wrtn interview for him..then i said no sir..then he asked me two at least two questions..then i started asking questions..as i'm good question bank i was asking continuously..he was testing my leadership skills..then he told me congrats u will get your offer soon..
Tips: never get depressed just u need to have PATIENCE and CONFIDENCE definitely u will deserve..

Experience: Shortlisted on CGPA>8

Round: Test
Experience: Only one test was conducted on data interpretations and then shortlisting based on test scores was done.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Group discussion was conducted and mostly related to their sector topics were given.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Interview was of only one round and in it both HR and technical were completed in 15 minutes.

Skill Tips: Quantifying most of things in your resume and also in interview would give a good impression.Internships also does matter and questions on AVOVA in statistical courses are also focused.For chemical dept, Statistical design and analysis of experiments course gives the edge over others.Questions related to logistic regress were also asked.

Experience: It had 3 parts: Data manipulation, number series and calculations.

Round: Test
Experience: Technical test on C. Typical questions on what will be the output of the program.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Questions were based on various areas of CSE, especially Programming languages and thesis work. Questions on Database connectivity in Java , CGI, DFA, DMA etc were also asked.
Tips: ISL works 80% in java and 20% in C. Thus, prepare Java well before appearing for the IBM-ISL. Must have basic knowledge in databases, Operating systems.
