Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was actively looking for job since i left my previous job due to Covid. I got an email from RIL recruiter for job postings. So i had applied for that. Very next day, i got from HR team. My HR was so humble and kind which i didn't expected. My HR round was gone smoothly. We discussed about my personal things and some work related. Next few days, i got call from my current manager for technical round. I was confident. My technical round was about 30 min over phone. He asked me everything what i have learnt during previous work. Afterwards, My HR called that i have been shortlisted for job. I was quite happy that moment. That's how my interview went.

If you have working experience or fresher, you have to clear your all basics and some technical terms of your work. If you sound technically, your interviewer will be interested in you. It's win-win situation for both of you.

If you haven't already faced interview, i would suggest to work on your communication first. Either you speak hindi or english or any regional language, you must be proficient in that. Interviewer never judge on what you speak. They will judge on how you speak. Whatever you do, you do with confidently.

PS: If you don't know anything when interviewer asked, say you don't recall or you don't know. Do not hesitate to ask in the end of the interview if you don't know. Interviewer will tell you about it. It's will make an impression.
