Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I dont have anything against the company. I have a problem with one of the recruiters. Company location is Thane and the person's name is asawari. There was a hiring for Chat process in Jio. I applied for the same and i got a call from the lady. She asked me 1-2 questions about random topics like covid situation and customer service responsibilities. I answered the questions politely but the response was very rude. The lady demanded me to have excellent communication skills with good thought process. When i cross questioned and reasoned with her that communicating through chat is different and customer market is indian. Least customer will really care about english and will be much concerned about their own issues. Customer care representative is responsible for understanding and serving the needs of customers keeping language barriers at bay. but she refused to listen and directly hung up. These type of recruiters are the reason MNCs are not able to hire talent. They are just hiring english speaking machines.
