Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - So first of all, I was searching for a job in QA manual and automation testing. But they called for QA hardware manual testing.
I got selected in technical round . They asked really basic questions like what about your family, what is quality assurance, quality control, what was your previous work experience, why you want to come into manufacturing field ,etc

After getting selected for technical they said they will call for HR interview,since they didn't call ,I called and asked .

One mistake I did and I shouldnt have done is telling them I have an other offer and I am giving flex first priority.

Guys don't tell if you have an other offer letter. Don't do that. Be silent, get the offer letter without letting them know later you can reject the offer if you don't want to join.

I was really looking forward to join flex and turn down my other offer letter , my only mistake was being honest to the company.

Because of my wrong move they said ,you are not selected in technical for this role 🤦🤦
Really? Then for what did they tell you are selected in technical?

It's really unprofessional. But the interview experience was nice . They gave food and made to sit in cafeteria. Interview questions were also easy .

Just don't tell you have an other offer if you have, you will easily get selected for hardware manual testing.

I don't know about the pay because I wasn't offered anything.
