The person who called me had a heavy Indian accent and evidently lacked understanding of global "accents" or rather "lack of them". My advice is - only apply if you are ready to unlearn the best of knowledge you might have to do things their way. They just lost a great trainer of trainers who could help them in different processes in two global languages plus several local languages. I sometimes think they conduct interviews just to check out what's available in the market, or who their competitors are hiring.
