SAP Labs Interview Experience | On-Campus | SAP Basis Consultant
I participated in SAP Labs' 2025 placement drive at Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) for the SAP Basis Consultant role. The process included three rounds: an aptitude + CS fundamentals test, a group discussion (GD), and a technical + HR interview.
In the GD, I confidently initiated the discussion on "Being Famous vs Being Knowledgeable," supporting my points with examples. During the interview, I discussed my resume, internship experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM, and machine learning models like Random Forest Regression. I also explained my problem-solving approach and adaptability to new technologies.
I was one of the five students selected, and it was a great learning experience. My advice to future aspirants: Be thorough with your resume, practice aptitude and CS fundamentals, and work on communication skills.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Things we had faced that actually based on the situation basic that on that moment what you will do and how you will react on that moment . In BYJUS I will say that is a number 1 ad-tech company in world wide in currents and there is no competitor in the market and If you know in a better manner how to fight with the situation then its a best place for you because here you are seling concepts not a product .

General Tips: This interview was a banking one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my banking curriculum i.e. Working capital, cash credit limit, Agri development Loan, Commodity based finance loan, etc.
Skills: Communication, Body Language, Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, Leadership, Presentation Skills, Time Management, Decision Making Skills
Duration: 1-4 weeks

Your role in that project, Challenges in last project, how to resolve that Challenges etc. He tell me to explain architecture dig of my last Project on white board. Ask about team handling question, Different tools that I used in my last project
