Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: Since this was an off campus, we were made to sit in a room and the test was online on a PC. You had to have 38 correct answers to clear the test.
Tips: You need to have good knowledge of over all kinds of hardwares and basic knowledge of MS office, you should be very good with English grammar as they give case studies, and LR is based on your experience and application of mind. They test your presence of mind and alertness.
Duration: 45 minutes
Total Questions: 40

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The interview was a Telephonic round where they were asking questions very quickly not giving you time to think
Tips: Yu need to have good communication skills, ability to handle stress & good presence of mind

Round: HR Interview
Experience: They told wat will be the work like, work timings, pay structure and growth stages.
Tips: Be firm about wat you want and need when it comes to pay don't bend according to them.Prove to them that why they need you. Be confident

Round: Stress Interview
Experience: Basically its a stress round so they sound very panicky, and try to confuse you, even throwing in tantrums. I maintained my calm and even though I had very less knowledge of what needs to be done I was able to calm her down by being polite and courteous.
Tips: Be very patient, you need to be a good listener, you must maintain your calm and have presence of mind which is what they test. Even if you don't have any knowledge about it be confident about telling wat you can. They also check the creative presence of mind you can display.
