I applied via LinkedIn and was interviewed in Dec 2024. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test

It was basic aptitude questions with some SQL questions,it was easy and easily clearable.

Round 2 - One-on-one

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Why I didn't get PPO from my last internship? I said due to business reasons and no availability of position I couldn't get the PPO but he was thinking due to bad performance I didn't get the PPO.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hr told me 1st round will be based on Excel and SQL followed by a case study round. Instead the interviewer didn't ask a single technical question. Only technical I remember was a basic group by question on SQL that I just had to give the approach and not type it. Apart from that all were behaviour type questions with focus on why I didn't get the PPO from my last internship. I looked upon the interviewer at LinkedIn, that guy himself has completed his degree in 2024 and was taking interview. He didn't have any basic manners and was constantly juggling from one place to another in the middle of the interview. In top of that , the interview was scheduled in the evening so I am pretty sure that the guy was in a hurry to leave the office,as he was constantly juggling his bike keys infront of the camera.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Worst company ever in Hyderabad , they pressure you to put resign within probation period. Recently one person committed suicide but no one knows about it. They managed everything. So better Don't join HighRadius company.
I was very happy when receiving offer from HighRadius, later 4 months scene completely reverse and toxic environment and pressure building on each employees. Uncertainty in work culture un realistic time dead lines extra hours work.
Specially one person I mention " his name Ashish Tiwari" Racist and psycho manager, toxic culture ka baap ,Assigns work on logout time and during weekends too.
Completely corrupted and dirty politics , micro managements , stupid HR policies, leave policy to bad too worst.
My homble request for every one please understand don't join in HighRadius technologies. Every 6 months they imported interns and terminates experience persons. Only worst management, dirty politics, and crucial mentality nature you have then only sustain there.

Following that, I interviewed with a Recruiter sitting out of India. She did a simple 30 minute screening call and asked me questions around inmail counts per week, conducting complex searches etc.
I then had a Technical Skills Interview with the Head of Sourcing based in Ireland. This was a structured interview where I was asked about my background and also evaluated on specific competencies that a sourcer. I also did a live sourcing session in this round.
My last round was with the Lead Manager of Recruiting for Business teams. This was a team fit round where he evaluated where I would fit in the team and what roles to assign me to.

Common factors across all rounds: High levels of transparency around pay, level, career progression. I was also allowed to ask as many questions for me to evaluate revolut as a potential company to join. I was prepped for each call and it aligned with what was evaluated in the interview. All in all fantastic process & candidate experience provided!
