I applied via LinkedIn and was interviewed in Dec 2024. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test

It was basic aptitude questions with some SQL questions,it was easy and easily clearable.

Round 2 - One-on-one

Q1. Why I didn't get PPO from my last internship? I said due to business reasons and no availability of position I couldn't get the PPO but he was thinking due to bad performance I didn't get the PPO.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hr told me 1st round will be based on Excel and SQL followed by a case study round. Instead the interviewer didn't ask a single technical question. Only technical I remember was a basic group by question on SQL that I just had to give the approach and not type it. Apart from that all were behaviour type questions with focus on why I didn't get the PPO from my last internship. I looked upon the interviewer at LinkedIn, that guy himself has completed his degree in 2024 and was taking interview. He didn't have any basic manners and was constantly juggling from one place to another in the middle of the interview. In top of that , the interview was scheduled in the evening so I am pretty sure that the guy was in a hurry to leave the office,as he was constantly juggling his bike keys infront of the camera.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The so called person Mr.Ritom Das is least bother to take interview.
When we started the interview I introduced about me then inbetween interview he went to discuss with another person and came back after 15 min.Once came back he just heard me and doesn't ask any questions.
Too much unprofessional behaviour. All job seekers please don't join this company where the senior person having this kind of behaviour.
They already taking the internal person or alread had someone from their relationship.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - the entire process is badly handled by LTFS HR. Hr Ishaan chaudhary is too ameatur HR.
Dont know how this ameatur will become Senior HR.
Interview done at kalina office but very bad expeience as written in most reviews Mr.Das is least interested in taking my interview. Wasting our preciuos time by calling us.
Not asked any specific questions about profile he's interviweing.
Will alert everyone do not go for interview just because they have tag of L&T
