Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1.PATHETIC HR SYSTEM : No flexibility even in serious emergencies, no employee support , no empathy ,they follow strict military rules and regulations as toxic silent politics culture within organization.
2. POOR CAREER GROWTH : Rude Line manager - lower employee culture despite of flat hierarchy as they dont give bonus and hikes even what you deserve until you do buttering or pampering
3. BULLYING : many employees stays in HSBC due to work-life balance but due to seniority many employees have their own gangs and group who will keep bullying you and push you if you stuck in their projects.
4.TRESSPASSING IN PERSONAL SPACE: despite of no personal device policy , many senior employee forcely make groups or try to micromanage you over call and personal space like whatsapp , telegrams , calls just to show their hardwork and dedication to seniors in hope of good books for promotion.
