Experience: JAM(just a minute) was a round where a topic was given and each person was expected to speak for a minute. We were a group of 28 people and the topic given was Can women work in night shifts?
Tips: Be clear in what you say. Either support or oppose the statement and give reasons for each of it

Round: Group discussion
Experience: Group discussion was conducted for about 30 people for each batch , there were about 20 batches
Tips: Communication is more important that language

Round: Test
Experience: This round was pretty tough , Most of the question were based on servers and networking

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Questions were based on servers laptops and networking
Tips: Answer without tension

Round: Learning
Experience: Technical head would teach you about a particular topic
Tips: The best way to crack this round is to Listen properly

Round: Teach back
Experience: The topic that was taught in the previous round should be explained by the candidates to the tech heads
Tips: Teaching back everything is not important . Just concentrate on what you are trying to convey

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: This is a pretty easy round HR's would explain the role that you are going to play in the company
Tips: Have a brief talk with your HR

Round: HR Interview
Experience: This is also an easy round in which the HR would test your attitude
Tips: Just open up ur mind and talk
