No Incentives even if you complete targets because company is under loss
Salary at fluctuating dates like sometimes 15th or 25th of every month
Self learning is given importance without explaining anything
If we complete regular targets and people who do not complete targets same get increments during appraisals
Favouratism is always there among females.
Young females are given more importance and their mistakes are understood and if a male makes mistakes he gets abused and humiliated.
Owners and managers only appreciate on WhatsApp when we complete targets.
They hire females as tele caller because they say that the leads ignore the problems if there is a female tele caller.
They hire males most of the time because they can handle males more harshly than females and males do not have time restrictions, they can work anyhow and anytime.
We have to give party when we leave the organization and give HR more chocolates, sweets so that they can make our releaving letter and PF work more fast otherwise he gives dates after dates.
