Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There will be a huge process even if you come earlier to attend for the interview and you'll be rejected no matter what by saying any reason like-"we are seeking experienced ones" or "you are not suitable for this role" or etc..there is no proper management for hiring and there are only two members taking interviews and they're not even caring about that crowd and take interviews as soon as possible..mine is better but, some of students who came for interview didn't get to attend for first round yet. I feel bad for them because they came at morning 10AM and hiring managers let them to stay for evening 7-8PM, still letting them leave without taking interviews and informing them that they'll get exam link in e-mail if they're shortlisted. There is so much inner politics in this company. Even you get the job they'll see you as an option not an innovation.

Experience: No Criteria of selection. They can hire anyone. Because they know the employee will run automatically in the future. Team leader are pathetic. Use abusive language.

General Tips: Please don't join this organization. My personal experience is very bad. Most pathetic company I have ever seen. No perks no incentives no job security no PF and ECS. No leaves nothing. Team leaders are nonsense and use abusive language. Only boys company not a single girl except HRs. Baaki ek baar jaake dekhlo khud. Pata chal jayega that I am wrong or right.
