Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This company's recruiter has so much time to waste. Unnecessary interview rounds for same things repeating. I have cleared all 2 technical and 1 HR round but in last round face to face asked same questions. I thought it will be a salary discussion round but later I realized I am just wasting my time here. Very poor interview process at final they will call you for f2f interview then they will not revert you don't waste your time here

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - HR (Manvi) is very casual and their senior management too. They were following up for the discussion and the discussion was re-scheduled each time. One fine day I got chance to have the discussion with the senior HR (Vikram) and explained my role and responsibilities with other details. Then the HR asked me to come to meet the CEO as he was keen to meet me to take the discussion forward. I took out some time from my busy schedule to meet the gentleman, however again I interviewed by the senior HR and then I waited for an hour at the reception as My discussion was aligned with Mr. Anurag who is the CEO, but a person name Sandeep came to interview me not the CEO. Sandeep takes care of new initiatives as he said. He said certain details to me which I explained to him. So in my overall experience with the HR and behaviour of them I found very casual. They chased me to meet the CEO and I travelled 300 KM to meet the gentleman but the gentleman did not show up nor the HR who was chasing me to meet him. I thank to god that I did not get chance to work with such people who are casual and dont respect people's time.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have worked for 4-5 Companies and went through so many interviews. This is the very first time when I am writing the feedback releated to Inetvlerview of any comapny. I have never seen such a ridiculous interview proceddure anywhrere. The interview round was so hectic and irritating.

Firstly, the very first round of interview was the Virtual round where the interviwer kept asking me questions ut was aroung 1 hours. It was okay. For the second round of interview they called me at their office I visited there office and again the same interviewer kept asking the same questions for arount 2.5 hours. It was all wasted. Again some HOD scheduled a virtual round and guess what It was the same questions again. I got so much irritated.

Later they called me again at their office by saying this will be the last round same HOD conducted my interview for the 4th and 5th round. Guess what Same silly questions she asked. then they asked me to wait for an hour and get the call from HR head for the interview and again he asked me the same f***ing things. It was so frustrating and annoying.

Even after answering all the things I have to make calls to the HR team for the update. such a unprofessionals people are running the companies.

God, they don't even know what to ask, how to make a template of questions for the interview according to JD.

Damn it. Just want to give a advice to all the candidated who applying in this company. If you have lots of time available then only decide to appear in the interview and after that do not expect the HR team that they will call you for the update.

General Tips: This interview was a technical one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour 10 minutes. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my B.Tech curriculum i.e. computer science related topics. He stressed a lot on the basics related to my project topic. Luckily I was able to answer most of the questions correctly. I tried to answer each question with examples and also used props on the table (like pens, paperweights, pen stands etc.) to explain my theories. It was my first offcampus interview, and I think I did pretty well for a fresher.
You need to stay calm and should apply presence of mind. Please go through the job description thoroughly word-by-word and recheck your resume to ensure that you are a best-fit for the position.
