Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Its a odisha based company and it will remains within odisha only it will not further grow.. interviewer was very rude and arrogant.. he thinks himself as a boss of civil engg and knows everyhting about it,but fact is that he doesnt know about anything about road engg.. and its environment,, he himself thinks as he is working in L&T company.. he will communicate with u odia only and in a dominant way.. i have given many interviews but i ve never seen this kind of behaviour anywhere, he will talk you as if like he bought you.. if you are going for interview then be prepared to waste your 3-4 hours.. cheap company running by some few unskilled staffs.. i have worked with big companies this kind of behaviour will not grow this company.. and dont expect very high salary they cant afford..
