Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Generally, after introduction, one must state his/her experience in brief, in the perspective of organisation. Always do homework of the organisational goal.
EPC Business always require a dynamic man power, hence, be ready with non- office/ site travels.
Also, the knowledge of other departments documentation and work flow like purchase, design, dispatch and quality can smooth slide with EPC Business structure.
Always target the type of business you are working and it's related branches.
A new department or new type of business may require different skill set or experience which leads to rejection.
As in my case, experience with EPC business organisation can credit my selection in similar business. But the OEM, Manufacturing and design, are field where my skill set lack experience, even though I know the fundamental, there are higher chance of rejection.
