Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - First Interview - 2019

I applied in job portal and received call from consultancy for
HR Executive opening, had one round of interview with
Sr. Manager - HR (friendly and sound knowledge on HR operations). Expected second & final round of interview with MD, but not received any call from Company as the position was kept on hold.

Second Interview - 2021

Interview scheduled for Sr. Executive HR. Had first round telephonic by external consultant, HR Manager was on covid leave. I was shortlisted for final round with COO. Interview process organised by Executive HR ( Engg. graduate, no HR subject knowledge). I was informed shortlisted the same day. But received Offer Letter after a week's time, reason - another candidate was short listed and offered the position but didn't accept the offer.

At last I accepted and joined. Its is replacement position - I had good support from Sr. Executive -HR who handed over his duties within short time of 3 days.

Had good support from COO and a little from Manager HR.
