Material Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Planning: Develop and implement material plans to meet production demands, including forecasting, ordering, and inventory management.

2. Inventory Management: Manage and control inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory turnover, and optimizing inventory levels.

3. Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and inventory.

4. Demand Forecasting: analyse historical data, market trends, and customer demand to forecast material requirements.

5. MRP/ERP System Management: Manage and maintain material planning data in MRP/ERP systems, including bill of materials, inventory levels, and supplier information.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on material planning performance, including inventory levels, lead times, and supply chain disruptions.

7. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve material planning issues, including stockouts, overstocking, and supply chain disruptions.
