Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This is purely unprofessional company where Indian employees from higher positions absolutely don't know what they need in a candidate or may be they want some one from there family or friends into the company, so they don't entertain other candidates selected by HR dep.
Just saying don't get demotivated even if you are not selected, its not because of you, its there management flaw and rotten politics. they will not have any feedbacks for you, because they don't have assessment capability. i was 95 % correct in my questions and polite in-spite of such crazy environment where 3 different people asking different questions at same time.
HR was Nickey singh and she failed to respond to my question as feedbacks by panel, because i was up to marks and there was no reason to reject technically, but it can be rejected due to absent minds of panellist. very much thankful for not joining that company, otherwise I might would have to learn bootlicking skills apart of technical skills as well there. final advise guys, just take the interview and dont followup if they need you they will come to you most of time, they wont need you unless you are someone from there family or friend list.
