Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you want privacy and minding your own business office,this company is hell for you . They make you come on time else they'll deduct the salary and force you to work longer hours and don't even pay for overtimes.
The phone gets submitted in the working hours... that's not an issue but the IT guy and HR manager and HR director woman checks the personal phones of the employees, reads the chats and moreover the whole management loves the gossip....they guess and bet who's dating who within or outside office premise, who's married, committed,partied,they checkout and judge people's character based on their looks and style.
The way the directors talk like CEOs and HR, absolutely disgusting....they have no sense how to talk to people in human manners, the ego is taller than the company building and the manager that I had was a spammer herself. I was part of her team and trust me when I say she bargained too desperately over the packages that they sell like they can take pennies of the clients if the client isn't paying or trusting for real money instead convincing .They throw fake tantrums and whatnot.
I worked here only for a few months and I had hopefully the worst management experience possible. Even for our salaries we have waited for over half of the month recently and got paid in installments saying it is someone else's faults that we are facing delays and company don't trust us etc.
HRs are so disabled that they can't even talk about their work responsibilities on there own, everything they have to ask from the company owner directly.
I have worked in different and bigger institution earlier, I know what the management does for employees but here you won't be getting anything for you. Yes, you don't matter,no appreciation,no support,no growth.
If you want to forever stuck in this big hellfire like mental torture forever then this is the perfect company for you. But if you want to grow as an asset and learn skills to widen your perception then so sorry for u if u have joined in already.
They didn't provide experience letter or clear money balance account with past employees too. If they don't want you to leave and still you leave they will suck the life out of you even after you leave. The probation is 6 months and I did left before that so I didn't have to worry much about documents. But people who left the company before me were older employees, are either blocked by HRs or unanswered anyway.
This 90% positive reviews are making me wonder if these all came from the digital promotion team who are also posting good reviews about this company like they have done on SITEJABBER, they have literally flagged the company for suspected fake reviews. Not even a single client gets what they teach the team in the sale pitch and I haven't seen a single happy client with this company. In the end you only get abusive clients who'll call you spammer just because you are part of this unit. I pray for everyone who is still working here.
