...was exciting and motivating. The night shifts aren't what I thought it would be. It's quite comfortable and the management looks after us, there is also free food and the pay is fairly good.

Here, employees are highly valued and appreciated regularly. When we achieve something or reach a milestone, it's celebrated openly. Feedback is given, especially when you make a mistake, but it's always in a way that helps you learn and improve. There are lots of opportunities to get involved and be deeply engaged in different work opportunities.
