...he prime headache. the worst experience I had in my life is with this company...this company announces incentives and schemes which were rarely paid in most of my colleagues case and they make you sign legal bonds for 2-5 years unannounced around the time of salary or schemes pay then if you deny they will tell you to leave or demote. these people talk about culture and stuff and never any one call common indian pronouns like bhaiya or in case of hieracia difference you cant call your colleagues by their names only sir and madam you can say then they tell you not to have anythings plan outside work with your colleagues even it is about work and be our bondage labors. There were seniors who used to call around midnight to all the women of floor talking about the targets and all hence ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE. They ask you be professional and maintain boundaries AND THEN YOU HEAR HR weds CEO thing. There are these bunch of narcissist and hypocrites leading the management and mental health could be at its lowest if you wanna work here. So good place to start heading to a mental hospital. They make clients by connecting to the fake buyers whatsapp numbers from UK or USA that a senior person handle and that fake buyer ask for the docs that only these people have....as soon as the buyer makes the payment for their docs the fake buyers stop responding.....they make 95% of clients like this only....

they didnt pay us timely ,they expect you work 24X7, they are always there to steal your work when its time to actually show you are better ,if you are a girl they will ask you to give false police statement about harassments for which they will also offer to pay you, if you are a puppy employee all through tenure but you wanna switch the company for better then the will block your salary accounts accusing you are fraud, they will check your mobile chats while your phone is submitted BECAUSE PHONE SUBMISSION IS MANDATORY, they will switch your teams and everything without any reason, and for protecting one and only HR lies they will make you resign for absolutely no reason they are ready to make 100 good professional people leave and not paying them and on top of that if that HR wants to leave they will give bad reference and holds salary until you beg them to leave them alone and then sends you the LEGAL NOTICE to make it employees fault no matter what.

The environment here is diverse and collaborative. You get fair pay and on time. There are no problems with opportunities for growth and learning. Company prioritize personal well-being by offering maternity and paternity leaves, and they even provide free food for those working night shifts.

Here, employees are highly valued and appreciated regularly. When we achieve something or reach a milestone, it's celebrated openly. Feedback is given, especially when you make a mistake, but it's always in a way that helps you learn and improve.
