Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Not at all employee friendly place. The principal is in-efficient in looking after the well being of academics. There is lack of faculty thereby creating more pressure on existing employees. More work timings.. teachers living in hostel suffer more. They are like wardens to look after children all the time. They are made to share rooms with the children and there are classes till 10 pm. So A BIG NO! I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The principal does not have etiquettes to talk. On the top of it. They ask money from employees to hold the offer and say that they will refund it . I paid them 3000 rupees and they did not refund it back. The principal is ill -mannered and dumb. She is on the principal just because she is the owner of school otherwise has no such qualities.
