Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I applied for staff nurse in fortis hospital sector 62. It was very bad experience in interviewing process. I gave interview on 10th December, after the whole day, in the end they told you are selected and we call you for the next process.
After a week they called and told, come hospital for the further process.
I went but they told there are some issue, they will call me later to wait and they were delaying the process every time.
Finally After 2 months, they called me on 3rd february and complete whole joining process, all file work and took whole day for this. In the end the CNO mam took interview agin and told me, I am not capable enough to join the hospital, they can't hire me.
I literally cried on that day, if they don't want to hire, why they waited me for 2monts and after the complete joining process, they told, they can't hire me.
It's ridiculous and insane literally.
How can they do this with a candidate. If they don't want to hire, just say NO on the day of the interview, not after 2 months, after whole joining process.
