Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Actually while joing everything seems so good, but problem will start to rise after 15 days, when they start to ask you about sales, by looking at its name or product don't assume they will behave like as usual MNC, no you are wrong, they will not even ask you about problem you facing with their products, I don't know about development team or HR team, but in sales whoever the state manager they will assign are really headache, they won't ask or suggest anything, do or die that's it.
That's why more than 2 months no-one going to continue with them, no formalities nothing, need sales that's it, it's okay we will do sales but here later we should go for service also if customer facing problems or have doubts then the sale person itself should go and give support, actually instead of separate support team they will prepare sale person for both and save money.
