Responsibilities:
Daily Sales and Order report circulation and reconciliation.
Account reconciliations such as bank, and payment gateways.
Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger monthly, as well as preparing reports.
Analysing all revenues and expenses GL accounts.
Inter-company Billing.
Fixed asset accounting and reporting.
Preparation/Filing of periodic GST returns (GSTR 1, 3B, 9, 9C) within prescribed due dates
GSTR 2A reconciliation with books
Coordination with vendor and functional team for resolving GSTR 2A mismatches
Day to day book keeping
Accounting of all receipts and payment
Checking all bills for payment
Preparing TDS liability and return
Requirement:
A commerce graduate with good academic records.
Knowledge of GST law and experience in dealing with various GST compliance-related issues.
Sound accounting knowledge, excel skills.
3-5 years of working experience.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to identify errors and Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
