Experience: I was asked to write answers to questions related to RFPs
Tips: My intention was to make the responses short, crisp and pertinent to the questions which I managed to do

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: None of my Pre-MBA experience was taken into consideration and focus was only on the relevant 1 year, I had spent in the bid manager role.
The interview went well and the interviewer seemed happy only till I came out to know that I am not selected
Tips: At the risk of sounding boastful, I would like to say my interview went pretty smooth.I was able to answer almost everything they were looking for.
Probably the only thing that might have been the stumbling block is my experience .Mind you the drive had people with 7-8 years of experience in bid management as well.
So my advice for people who like me, have a short post MBA experience will be -Try to make your pre MBA profile relevant with the current role you are working or aspiring to work in.
This will give you some leverage in the interview process.
