Try to take control of the conversation and steer it where you want it to go. For example, suppose you worked on a project involving python and Ansible etc. Off course you don't know everything about python or Ansible, so in this case you can go into detail about your project and specify what python modules you used and what issues you faced and how did you tackle working with Ansible rather than leaving it to them to ask about it because they may end up asking you about something which you don't know.
