Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would not recommend anyone to join this organization.

The management is not supportive and always make false promises. On occasions, you are not allowed to take leave or off. Bcoz this is occasion base gifting company. In occasion like valentine l, they will force you to work continue 10-15 days for 12-15 hours daily without week off. After this much hard work, they will not give your pending week offs. And this hard word you will get only 250 or 400 rupees as an incentive for all 10-15 days.

They always make false promises to customers and employees. For anything if they commit with you. But on time, they will direct say NO. VIVEK, HIMANSHU, SUJIT, SAYANTAN HR, Piyush HR, they are in management. They are running the process on their own. Their is no policies. They just ask to work on "Ghar ki policy".

Also, if you need any leave or week offs, they will give you, with in next few days after salary credit. But if you require leave in the end days of month, they will direct say NO. And if you will request them, they will just say that leave the organization. If this way, they will get chance to hold their salary.

They always show the the employee, getting maximum closure. But they never check the quality of those employees.

This is a fraud company and looting customer and employees.
