 Monitoring stock levels
 Documents Checking & signing
 Faulty materials Inspection
 All the MIS report checking
 Coordinating with Customer
 Vendor management
 On time material dispatch plan as per TAT and following the FIFO method.
 Daily vehicle planning and execution. Daily MIS updating.
 Monthly Actual Vs Projection analysis.
 Team co-ordination for Picking, Packing, dispatching, loading and unloading.
 Material Identification and Staging plan and following the safety norms.
 Daily BIN card updation.
 Monthly Physical Auditing coordination to Customer.
