Round 1 - Assignment 

Lengthy process of selection, no value of time to company, half payment to selected employee during training of 1 month, long delayed selection and joining process. Mostly prefer ladies with career gap so that they can negotiate till worst. Candidate retention ratio is worst ... employees are just joining and leaving. To the remaining employees management plays hire and fire strategy so be ready to get unemployed any day if you working here. Also they will ask you to give resignation and will not give anyone termination letter even though they don't want you in company for legal reasons. So be aware of this and think 100times.

The General Manager HR, Swati, displays poor leadership, and the operational managers, Manju and Rashmi Mohite, are equally inadequate. The management practices are subpar, with little regard for the contributions and ideas of sales personnel. Company treat sales people with disrespect. No communication etiquettes. Stay away from this pathetic company else join it and experience yourself 😅.

I lost 700 recently believing the words of HR and company head That job is confirm visit once factory once you visit we will refund the travel expenses. But After visit they just didn't bother to refund nor give job.
