Interview Preparation Tips
Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Good learning platform for beginners. But contract agreement is not hardly negotiated at point of interview. Candidate is hired without proper communication of bond agreement during interview process and after 8 to 9 months of training or live, he or she can be bullied if not agreed for bond (3 years) offered by the company. Management doesn't interfere even when alarmed about these fact (bond agreement). Some of the freshers who are not certified in SAP where given preference to work in live.
