Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Dear JobSeeker,
with due respect I want to tell you that though the Company is good, they have mannerless HR Team(specially the director).
It sound like- He was frustrated that day and trying to throw those pieces on me. He were literally using word like Bulshit. I personally felt- it was not like an HR interview. Even without hearing my counter offer correction request- He asked me to say YES or NO. I said NO because I can not work under these sort of HR environment. Very pathetic and arrogant HR I had ever seen. He was trying to be technical rather an HR. I said NO and he directly dropped the Teams call. Elekta should conduct a special HR skills training for this guy. God bless him! Amen!
