Be confident what you are speaking, more than a good speaker be a good listener, don't shout be calm, don't be nervous, enjoy the moment.
Basically, aptitude test is all about IQ. So, the team or the manager will ask you questions based on current affairs, mathmatics or tricky family relation questions.
Try to read recent current affairs and google aptitude test questions with answers and try to solve them.
