Ans. Previously also I have worked in multiple sectors in HR Domain so I wanted to get experienced in Media sector also and I found Digitoonz is a strong base for new comers in Digital media

Ans. Ammm, I can keep patience in extreme situations also and it has helped me always to resolve conflictions which mostly came in employee dealing .

Q1. As usual last package, expectations and joining duration

Ans. I was able to join immediately so I asked them for 1o days from the present date of interview , secondly I got good salary offer from them so I was happy and finally on very next day after few documents submission I got the offer letter as HR Manager of Digitoonz Media !

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never be silent on any question and don't be so much straight or blunt in answers ,
Always research about the organization where you are going for the interview , if you can say few bullet praising points about the company it will be good impact on the interviewer ,
Never believe on google reviews because 90% they are fake ,done by company employees only Always specify your exposures in your roles & responsibility in your CV
If you are not comfortable in English you can bluntly ask to Employer for hindi only but if you are going for a job profile which is specifically for public dealing affairs ,sorry but don't opt this job , it is not for you ...
