Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

The fake promises before I Joined it

Dislikes

Illiterate management, group of brother and cousins from a town ruling it. Ideally you cannot go to anybody to share the grievance as they are one blood family 🤣 A posh case came up against one of their own brothers and what they did ? The bloody ceo all of a sudden started focusing on the girl’s performance and terminated her. Nonsense illogical group of goons running a office with 0 common sense

It’s good for freshers only. That’s all I want to say.

Dislikes

Illiterate management. They have no timing as they mentions there work time 9:30am to 6pm not true most of the time managers or qc force you to work till file get complete no matter what the time gets 8 or 9pm including female employees.
