Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Selected most of the candidates for the aptitude test (second round)
Tips: CGPA doesn't really matter. Have some "non-core" experience such as positions of responsibilities.

Round: Test
Experience: No sections as such. Questions based on reasoning and some analytical questions. Probability questions were also asked. Test was relatively easy to crack.
Tips: Be cool. Solve quick.
Duration: 25 minutes
Total Questions: 30

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: A telecommunication company consulting Deloitte regarding the launch of a new internet scheme, and finding a company to outsource the customer service.
Tips: Speak out, be heard. Also have relevant things to say, and don't bullshit in front of the moderators. (Few people were rejected due to speaking loudly but off topic)
Duration: 30 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Pretty chilled out interview. But answer well; good to think about these points beforehand.
