Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - First of all, decent office, Decent HR. The office was 25km away. They called me for the Apti-test, so 25KM up and 25KM down, and then no response, so I had to text again. Then they called me in for the second round, again 25km up and 25km down. This round was pretty much OK. I stuttered on some questions, then they asked me to sign a bond that if I left within a year I would be liable to pay 2 lakhs to the company, hahaha imagine 2 lakhs compensation lmao. and the interviewer seemed full of himself, which I didn't like. after the Interview again no response and then I texted again for the result but they ghosted me, one piece of advice is that at least if you are not proceeding with a candidate or rejecting them, it is better to let them know rather than to let them leave wondering daily about the result. 100km travel in waste.
