They don't have any database so first you have to scrap data from various crm systems like NPF, ZOHO and after that you have to store data in cloud and after that you have to build dashboard and for that they have strict deadlines, if you will face any technical issue management not able to solve the problem because they don't know anything and no developer will help you. They don't have devops team or data engineer and if you will explain your problem with management they will never gonna listen you and will fire you anytime without giving any reason. Manager not able to give you clear cut answer why he gonna fire you on what basis neither HR. So act accordingly if you are planning to join this organization no learning because they don't have such task to give you at the end they will tell you please pack your bag because we are planning to close the department because it is not good for our organisation
