I applied via Referral and was interviewed before Aug 2023. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Assignment 

There were multiple rounds, 1st it started with an assignment round

Round 2 - Technical 

(2 Questions)

  • Q1. In the second round, questions were asked on our projects, resume and later on to the web development part..like how would you use API and all such questions

  • Q2. Then we received a personal mail stating we are selected
    • Add your answer

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This was the worst GD .It was in online mode actually they ask about DSA in this round and will only allow if you rase hand in the first .
