Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I got a call for the requirement of SAP PI/PO. They have very limited budget so be clear with your expectation before scheduling interview. The first round was technical where two panels took the interview one having 17 years of exp and another having 22 yrs of exp. The interview was very detailed covering each and every topic mentioned in your resume. The interview took 40 min.
Next day I received a call saying I have cleared my 1st round and 2nd round i.e managerial round was scheduled the next day. 2 min before the scheduled managerial round I received a call from HR saying the panel is not available. Post that I tried contacting them and they just said the position is now on hold. Is this professional wasting candidates precious time? When there was no requirement why the interview was taken in the first place? Pathetic experience.
