Senior employees are inexperienced on leadership part and very unprofessional on dealing with crisis,hence this can effect employees long way, chance of growth is bleak . People can be laid off anytime, company has no gaurantee. People ops by far is the worst who won’t take any responsibility or action. More than running the company learning skills, people’s focus is to get better on politics.
