Round 2 - Case Study

They have given a case study which is as good as a work of a free lance consultant. They give you a reasonably tight timeline considering the scope of the case study.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They are just calling for experienced professionals and them their business problem to solve via a case study and through the consultant they push you saying that you are the leading candidate for the case study round , make you do some pro bono work, take your work and after few days of follow up you will receive a generic sorry mail that "Your Skill set is not matching with the profile we are looking for " Seriously? You need 1 online round , 1 face to face case study presentation which went on for two hours to judge a candidate for the skill set ?
And when you ask HR about details of which skill set is not matching, they follow their usal route "Ghosting"

I really feel they call candidates out of their budget and when they don't find any reason to reject you they end up saying some non believeable made up reasons.

Think before you invest your time in Interview prepration for Bhanzu.

6 Days work from office.
