Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The first thing that I would tell about the whole process is "unprofessional". I got a call from the company HR saying that we come across your profile through Naukri and if you are available we want to interview you. I had an interview with HR. After the HR round second round was supposed to be taken by the Executive Director. It did happen in the company office but with a different director. Then I called HR to confirm with her that my interview is done that time she told me that you are shortlisted and one another final round will be there with whom you will be reporting. I said okay let me know the date and I will be available. I kept pining the HR for two weeks and at the end of the week when I asked her on email about the update she replied your profile is not shortlisted.
