It's a one day interview process for the grade of Assistant Manager in Bandhan Bank via Campus placement.. There are 3 steps to qualify in this job are as Follows:-
1) PPT discussion nd all
2) Case Study Gd (technical round)
3) PI ( around 30 to 45 minutes per student)

Hence, from my experience It's really cool nd good one .. so come to the point, we have to give answers in positive and confidentially so that they can also understood about ur curiosity on that role .. Second things is about location we they are saying like in my case she told me that supposed we will transfer to you in pondicherry then will u be comfortable then I said yes mam ofcourse the she said how bcz language problems nd all then I said with the help of English i will manage there so basically we have to give answers in a positive way they just want to check ur patience level nonthing else ..

Last but not least if someone told to sell something that first you have to frame the situation after that you rock it at any interviews ..and we have to always give answers with good examples always.. that's it...
