Experience: Yes bank management asked me about myself, why am I fit for the job, how are my qualifications apt for the job, how can I bring value to the organisation basis my learnings pre MBA and during MBA program?
Tips: Try to be yourself, don't fake around becuase people sitting on other side are smart enough to judge if it's truth or fake. Start answering with your academic background, followed by what made you choose MBA, then continue with how learnings till that time is appropriate for the job and try ending up by framing the picture that you're the best candidate for the job.
