i am experience candidate and i clear all technical round of this Interview and Upload all document in TCS Portal but they is one Problem.
In my starting Career i leave one organization less than 15 days that organization Name is Lester Infoservice Turbhe , Mumbai. i already Send resignation email to that Lester Infoservice and they are ok and they does not required notice period but they add PF in my account and TCS want this Organization Reliving letter and Lester infoservice HR Ruchi Mehta is most rude person. they have that resignation email but Ruchi Mehta and Lester intentionally avoid that document. I also ready to give him 3 months salary but Lester Infoservice is not interested to help me. All senior employee know this situation.
TCS Reject me because I cant have reliving letter of Lester Infoservice.
and I already reduce my CTC for joining TCS but they have very strict policy.
I lost this Opportunity to work in TCS ...... Life is not fair sometime you have no option just work hard and Go Forwards ...
Before Applying to TCS please first check this Two Criteria
1. Check your PF account history. All Organization Reliving letter must be present.
2. You don't have more than 2 year GAP in Education and Job Career Experience.
