Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was interviewed by a panel of 3 interviewers. They offered me a glass of water. I accepted. The above questions, that they asked were very standard questions. There was no stress test, and no trick questions. They wanted a senior and dedicated person to fill up this post. I just had to make them feel comfortable that I could handle the job profile satisfactorily. At the end of the day, they are looking for someone who can get the work done. And when they are at ease that they have found someone best suited for the job, you get the job. My suggestion is - make sure you prepare your CV to showcase your previous work experience (unless you are a fresher) and then go ahead and give case studies of how you managed to navigate out of critical situations in the past. Go through your own CV a few times before sitting for the interview. The initial questions will be asked based on your CV and then the next questions will be asked based on your replies. Make sure you prepare well for the above questions as these are always asked in one form or another during any interview...
