Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't trust their work profile , they have underpaid staff I.e 10k . They told me in the beginning " you will be a team leader you will get to juniors they will call clients they will final then you will take final call.' What I saw those juniors were unable to operate laptop as well not even perfect in calling . After 4-5 days head came and told me to work individually. It was totally shocking. Even when I gave resignation they did not accept that in reply of resignation they told me to take leave for few days the husband and wife founder of the company only shouts on juniors in front of everyone without knowing anything. Overall it's a worst organization.
